Well, I think 19/10 was our last proper breastfeed. I'm a little bit sad, but at the same time I'm proud we made it to a year. Plus, it was my choice to stop, following her cues. Once a day for 5 minutes wasn't the way I wanted to keep going and she would often refuse that one. I'm so pleased I persevered through the awful pain, mastitis, cracks, bruising, thrush and general destruction of my boobs to get this far!
I did give her a thirty second feed on 21/10 but I don't think that counts
Anyway, as usual, wanted to document this milestone.
She's still making that bloody awful noise. Like a screech and a scream all in one. It's totally for attention and just super loud. Hoping she'll grow out of it!
